Please join us for the 2020 EduNations Charitable Golf Tournament at Avalon Golf and Country Club (1030 Forker Blvd., Hermitage, PA 16148).
We will have a great day of golf at this beautiful 18-hole course. The event will include a 4-person scramble with skill prizes, box lunch, and a silent auction with sports memorabilia and many other items. Following the day of golf will be a banquet dinner and a brief presentation in the ballroom area.
Thanks to all of those who attended the 2019 EduNations Charitable Golf Tournament, we were able to Raise the Roof of EduNations’ first Senior Secondary School in Rokassa, Sierra Leone! Now, we need to Send Them to School! Since the Senior Secondary School in Rokassa will function as a boarding school, our students from all 6 villages will come to Rokassa for their high school education where we will provide housing in the dormitories and a meal plan covering three meals a day for each student. Will you help us make this a reality?
Our goal is to raise $50,000 to Send Them to School! This fundraising goal will provide room and board to the students enrolled at EduNations Senior Secondary School in Fall 2020.
The featured speaker at this year’s event will be Samuel Sesay. Samuel has been the President of EduNations since 2017 and is also a Missionary Evangelist in the Evangelical Presbyterian Church in Sierra Leone. Samuel’s training in both secular and ecclesiastical matters in Sierra Leone and abroad has given him a passion in which he wants to see God’s creation come to an understanding of his love and to help them respond in faith. His commitment to helping ‘the least of these’ experience the love of God is what drives him daily as he sees life after life and community after community come to experience this love. Samuel is married to Catherine and the Lord has blessed their marriage with three lovely daughters – Sallay, Samuella, and Samrine.
